Introduction: Nanotechnology  is a technology which will take the world to rhe new heights which we newer imagine . It has many real world application which reduce size, cost efficient and higher efficiency. The current trends and the future development will lead to huge contribution in the field of computer science. We are going through some application in computer science. Application : 1) Carbon Nanotube Computer: Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are hollow cylinders composed of a single sheet of carbon atoms. Both CNT and silicon transistor shows same property so it can be use transistor in computer chips.  They have made six versions of carbon nanotube computers, out of which one them can be connected to external hardware to perform various task. 2) Computational Nanotechnology: This method is used to study nanoparticles using computer                        models to predict their behaviour and inform real life nanopa...

Agro- nanotechnology : A Future Technology for Sustainable Agriculture

Image
Agro-nanotechnology : A Future Technology for Sustainable Agricult Agriculture sector is very old sector. Traditional   Farming methods are practice all over the world. But this techniques are outdated nowadays as this methods are not able to produce quality yields or increase the production of crops.Despite of these the requirement of food is increasing day by day in the world. So Nano-technology is making its way in agriculture sector.Use of these technology in farming improving the effiency of nutrient uptake by nano-fertilizers , control on pest and pathogens using pesticides.Nano-sensors used for different types of monitoring gives the significant information such as   climate condition , requirement of fertilizers, pesticides and their appropriate content.Due to this proper management it help crop to grow faster and give high yield. In this way Nano-technology in agriculture would be cost effective ,eco-friendly for sustainable agriculture.

Introducing Nanotechnology to VLSI

Image
INTRODUCTION In the past decades, VLSI industries constantly shrank the dimensions of transistors, in order that more and more transistors are often built into an equivalent chip area to form VLSI more and more powerful in its functions. Because the typical feature size of CMOS VLSI is shrunk into deep submicron domain, nanotechnology is that the next step so as to take care of Moore’s law for several more decades. Nanotechnology not only further improves the resolution in traditional photolithography process, but also introduces many brand-new fabrication strategies, like bottom-up molecular self-assembly. Nanotechnology is additionally enabling many novel devices AND circuit architectures which are totally different from current microelectronics circuits, like quantum computing, nanowire crossbar circuits, spin electronics, etc. Nanotechnology is bringing another technology revolution to traditional CMOS VLSI technology. This will include knowledge about various devices, fabrica...
